'News when you need it most'
This afternoon, King Debrann gave an address to the Royal Council in the palace as well as a radio broadcast to the world itself.
"To the warriors of Glovan. We've dealt a significant blow to our enemy and continue to chase them from our homes. It may seem that individual efforts against the Empire are but a scratch on the hide of this touray, but I assure you this pinprick went straight to their heart. The events of these past few days are but the sun rising for Glovan. In the traditions of our ancestors, I vow that we will see Governor Omry and his underlings either dead or chased back to the Core. Many have paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom and they guide us now to victory."

Commandos secured the ISB office building in the capitol with minimal losses last night, securing mountains of information helpful to the cause. This morning found King's Square full of black armored vehicles as several operatives were led from their headquarters to their new awaiting cells. Several COMPNOR operatives are at large and Count Dougal's office is compiling a list of 'most wanted' currently which will be available within a day or so.
Elements of Count Irdun's 3rd Army are currently engaged southeast of Lismore with the Imperial 14th Heavy Armor Company which situated themselves in the eastern approaches to the industrial town of 43,000 people. Police and others have secured most of the citizens to safety, though current losses are estimated around 340.
"Rooting them out of these hills will take some time," the Count's liaison stated. "But, we'll see them out of here soon."
A source from the Royal Navy stated that a task force has been dispatched to that trouble spot and should arrive within the day. No doubt Marines of the 453rd Expeditionary Forces will be eager to be involved finally.
