Guidelines for a Glovan Officer

Always remember, your ancestors watch all that you do; not only in the air but, also with your fellow officers and those that serve under you. It is our duty to be upstanding examples of those who’ve forged our world into the shining example that it’s become and never forget, you are the reason they existed at all.

The 1st ADF is the tool the king will use to show the Imperial Government that we are worthy of being seen as equals and that our missions will be carried out with the utmost determination and skill. Our enemies will be defeated, no matter where they reside.
Foreign or domestic.

Your senior officers will be respected and their orders followed without question. We do, however expect and encourage the fulfillment of those orders will be done in whatever way necessary to ensure that our enemies think twice before wishing another engagement. Glovanian soldiers are not automatons, nor are they ignorant of combat. Tactics will be mastered and improved upon to pass on to those under your future command. Leaders are the mind of the machine and must be honed to perfection. Victory depends on it.

It is the duty of every officer to ensure that those beside him return home, dead or alive. No one will be left behind as trophies. Every soldier in the King’s service deserves his place among his ancestors. No officer will run in cowardice while his fellows fight. Such an act is hateful and will not be tolerated. Your deeds in the air and on the fields of battle will resound forever, let your ancestors be proud.

The foundation of our culture was built on self sacrifice, dedication, principles and a strong moral background. The One will ever guide your hands in war and peace. Let our enemies realize their mistake for being in our path and hear their fellows tremble at the sound of our name.
It is our duty also to protect the innocent families caught up in engagements, no matter the cost. They are our futures and the backbone of our society. Glovanian people give of their time, crops, families and their own lives to help support us in our endeavors.
