This morning, police officers in Oranmore closed down an illegally operating cell in the cathedral there. The raid was conducted at 4 am which seized videos and pamphlets as well as books containing rebellious dogma against the king. ISB agents working in concert with the local magistrate arrested not only the local bishop on suspicion but, also twelve other members believed to be instrumental in this plot.
"Our freedoms have been slowly taken from us," Bishop Dugall yelled as officers escorted him to their awaiting van. "Don't allow this coercion to persist." According to sources, the aged doctor had been under the influence of narcotics to help with pains suffered from a recent car accident.
"These outbursts have been regular since he's been taking those drugs," Misses Candice Daughtry, the hospital's accountant stated. "I hope they can get him some help soon."
Other patients treated at the cathedral's center complained of the bishop's rants while in his care also. "He would go on about the Empire and how they've been manipulating the King and such," Maury Iberson, a recovering cancer patient mentioned. "Been getting too close to the x-ray machine too often, I think. Fried his brain."
Bishop Dugall and his co-conspirators are facing life in prison or execution, depending on the court's decision.
